The $150 Volunteer Fee is required to be paid at time of registration. This can be refunded upon request after 25 volunteer hours have been recorded by parents/guardians/family members of the band member. These hours must be completed by 2/28/2026. Refunds are not automatic. Left over funds from Unrequested refunds are used for scholarship opportunities for those who request and are approved by the director and board to receive support.
