Dear Parents and Students,

Congratulations to the Wind Ensemble on an Excellent performance yesterday at the Florida Bandmasters Association State Concert MPA. As I have stated, it is about the journey to the next level. You all made phenomenal music together and have much to be proud of in your performance.

April 29th - May 2nd is Fundamental Camp from 5:00 - 7:15 p.m. This is for all 24-25 Band Members in 8th - 11th grade. We will pass out music and warm-ups for the 24-25 School Year. This is a must-attend event. The Middle School Directors have been informed of this information, and flyers have been sent to them and dropped off.

Our spring concert is May 7th. You should attend this event. Parents, let's pack the auditorium for our students; they are working very hard. It will be a fantastic concert.

May 8th, we are hosting the Mona Jain Spring Band Concert at 6:00 p.m. and the Nolan Band Spring Concert at 7:30 p.m. We need 24-25 student leaders to help with this event.

May 10th is our Band Banquet: See the attached flyer to RSVP. Seniors are the Honor Guest at no cost to the student.

May 14th is a MANDATORY: parent-member meeting for the 24-25 LRHS Band Members in the band room.

As you can see, we have a lot going on in the next few weeks, and AP Testing is starting soon.

Saturday - Gulf Coast Honor Band Rehearsal @ LRHS

Sunday - Gulf Coast Honor Band Concert in Sarasota

There is NO WIND ENSEMBLE REHEARSAL THIS WEEK. Fundamental camp is for ALL 24-25 Band Members.
